Monthly HR Support Package

For £350 plus vat per month you’ll receive:

  • An average of 5 hours per month support from our founder and director, Peter Appleby – a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience.
  • As HR can be unpredictable, any hours you don’t use can be carried forward, and you can borrow hours from future months if there’s an issue that needs more time.
  • We’ll discuss the issue with you and then explain the process to follow, making sure you’re comfortable with it and adapting it to your company’s culture.
  • If you would like, we’ll put a script together for you to follow with the employee, or Peter can hold the meeting on your behalf at no extra cost.
  • We’ll draft letters for you that are based on CIPD and ACAS best practice (all base documents have been checked by lawyers).
  • If your team needs some training, Peter is an experienced trainer, having been a training manager for several years. Our courses last half a day or less and recent sessions have covered subjects such as absence, managing poor performers, managing diversity / ensuring banter is at a healthy level and so doesn’t cause you a problem.
  • Practical Guides to issues such as absence, disciplinary action, grievances, and making redundancies to act as a useful aide memoire.
  • You will not be tied in to a long contract. The product can be cancelled anytime with one month notice.
