Training

In our experience training courses can often include a degree of unnecessary padding. Although they can be tailored to suit, our courses generally last for half a day or less and concentrate on delivering the necessary content in an easy to understand format with no padding. We find that this is long enough to cover all relevant learning points effectively and comprehensively and, importantly, it gives managers the opportunity to still hold meetings and manage their day to day processes with their teams rather than lose a full day from their busy schedules.

We offer courses in the following areas, primarily split in to ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ and ‘Management’ courses that can be delivered either at your premises or a local venue.

Generic objectives and more detailed descriptions of content for each course are available, although following our initial discussions we normally adapt these so they are specific to the needs of your organisation and what you want the training to achieve. We would then make sure you are comfortable with the content and objectives before delivering any training.
