HR Consultancy

We offer 3 monthly subscription options, all of which include:

• A set level of monthly HR support.
• All 186hr ‘practical guides’.
• No long term contract obligations.
• The option to change the level of support you receive simply by giving one month notice.

General HR Consultancy

For projects or one-off HR support we offer UK wide consultancy covering the full range of HR services from highly CIPD qualified Senior HR Managers with extensive experience across various sectors and sizes of business at the following rates, all plus vat, and expenses where relevant:

• £550 plus vat per full 7.5 hour day.
• £300 plus vat per 4 hour half day.
• £100 plus vat per hour.

Training

We offer a wide range of courses covering management development and also diversity and inclusion. All at a rate of £595 plus vat per course, or £995 plus vat for 2 courses when delivered on the same day. Plus vat, and expenses where relevant.

Practical Guides

We have devised practical guides to cover all of the day-to-day HR tasks organisations need to manage. All include full explanations of the process that needs to be followed plus CIPD approved policy documents and letters, along with 2 hours of HR support.

The following Practical Guides are available at a cost of £249 plus vat, or £399 plus vat for the redundancy guide.

Policy documents

We have numerous model policies for you to either adopt as they are or adapt to your circumstances. Either use them as part of your existing Employee Handbook or we can put together a Handbook for you including all policies you choose, for £500 plus vat.

Individual policies cost a maximum of £149 plus vat, some significantly less, and significant discounts are available for multiple purchases. All of the following come with one hour of telephone based consultancy per policy purchased to help you adapt the policy to your company needs:

• Disciplinary procedure (statutory requirement that you have one)
• Grievance procedure
• Sickness and Absence procedure
• Holiday procedure
• Maternity, Adoption, Paternity and Parental Leave procedure
